Spill the beans

When people ask you what kind of music you listen to, most 93XRT listeners will probably say “Everything”. True as that may be, it’s still a cop out. Everyone listens to some things more than others, and some don’t want to admit to what their favorites are.

Well with the advent of iTunes there is finally a way to find out. The “Top 25 Most Played” feature on iTunes reveals the preferences that people will never tell you. You can tell somebody how into Radiohead you are until you’re blue in the face, but you can’t change the fact that your iTunes says you’ve listen to “Oops, I Did It Again” 150 times.

So spill the beans XRT listeners, whats the most played song on your iTunes? Its OK, we won’t judge.

  4. My most played song is Take Me Home Country Roads by John Denver.

The reason for this is that my sophomore year in college my roommate and I would play NCAA Football 06 on the Xbox at least once a day, and I would always play as West Virginia. Well, Take Me Home Country Roads is West Va’s fight song, so I would blast that song and sing it at the top of my lungs every time I won (which was at least 95% of the time) just to piss him off.

Needless to say everyone else on our dorm floor thought we were the coolest kids ever, especially the girls.
